Sam really is getting the concept of holidays when it revolves around presents and candy. For Easter this year we went to the Sudbury Easter Egg hunt up at the elementary school, one early morning of Easter in the house and also had our own with Sam's bff from next door Cole. He didn't really get the candy part at first since I put raisins in his at home but then when he was gobbling up literally a pound of raisins I realized that was also probably a huge mistake. Once he realized that there was something in some of the eggs he would find one, shake it and drop it if nothing was in there. He did not give a shit about collecting these eggs just needed to find the candy, eat the candy before his mom took it away and move to the next. He was like a crack head looking for free crack. I definitely got the diabetus that day by trying to steal and eat his candy before he could. He asks me about the Easter Bunny and if he's going to "bring more eggs" even weeks later.
He also looked so dapper in his anchor sweater vest and cap. Such a stud.
